Complete Weekend Package Includes:

Weekend packages include lodging in Mammoth Mountain, admission to weekend events and parties and ground transportation from Los Angeles for selected packages. Lift tickets are not included in the packages.

Most of the room types available be a standard hotel room with 1 or 2 double beds, unless you upgrade to studio, loft or condo.

Roommates - Rates are per person, if you sign up for 4 or 3 people in a room, you must have the appropriate number of roommates in your party or you will be responsible for the difference in pricing, at the full rate. If you are traveling alone we DO have a solo traveler rate and we will assign you a roommate, but this is for single travelers only, we will NOT assign roommates to those signing up for quad or triple occupancy.

This is an adults only trip. We do not have transportation for children.

Promo codes are only available during the time they are active and for the number of packages/deposits purchased. They cannot be applied at a later date after the code expires or on additional payments once the codes expires. Promo code & discount cannot be applied after a package has been purchased.

Registration without payment will NOT hold your space or bus spot. If payment is not received within 72 hours of registration, your registration will be deleted from the system. If you are part of a group and your package has already been paid for you only need to complete step 1 you can close out once it takes you to payment page..

INFORMATIONS

Rate includes accommodation during events at Mammoth Mountain and ground transportation for selected packages. Also included is admission to private events to be held on Friday night, Saturday day and Saturday night.

Terms and Conditions: If, upon maintaining your payment schedule and you are not paid in full by the designated due date, your reserved space will be forfeited. All payments are nonrefundable. Trip is transferable if you are unable to attend.

Consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself. Travel Insurance can cover problems associated with traveling, generally including trip cancellation due to illness, lost luggage, medically emergencies and other incidents. Sample travel insurance companies:
